Unlock hidden clothing, accesories, and hairstyles which are normally locked and are released periodically. Get these items NOW without having to wait for Microsoft to unlock them over Xbox Live on the Xbox 360.
You’ll get to see the various items specific to Male and Female Characters as well as bizarre hairdos where the top of the head is completely bald. Most likely designed to only be seen when you are wearing a hat.
UPDATE:
A lot of the once hidden clothing options have been released by Microsoft through various weekly Avatar updates. However, it’s more than likely that the bizarre shaved head options will NOT be offered since it appears they are only suppose to be used by the system when an Avatar is wearing a hat. Therefore it’s unlikely to ever be released as an option without MODDING.
Tutorial:
You’ll need the following,
1. XBOX 360 Memory Card (must be 256 MB or 512 MB cards), Hard Drive, or Arcade system with Internal Memory.
2. Transfer Cable/Device. Can be purchased at any gaming related retailer. Such products include the DATEL/INTEC Xbox 360 Xsata or Xport for harddrives and memory cards and the Xbox 360 Transfer Kit for Memory Cards.
4. Software such as Xplorer360, a Hex Editor, and a valid Con Resigner/Rehasher.
WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO DO?
If you have not done so already, you’ll have to install the NXE update on your Hard Drive or Memory Card, whichever device you’ll be connecting to your PC.
1. Access your Hard Drive or Memory Card and go to Content000000000000000\FFFE07DF0040000 and Extract/Copy the AvatarData file.
2. Open the AvatarData file in your Hex Editor and go to D010 (Hex) / 53,274 (Decimal). You’ll see a set of numbers and letters inbetween two comma’s (,). Replace everything that is inside these two comma’s (,) with a capital F. Every character must be replaced.
3. You’ll find an exact copy of what’s listed in step #2 at F020 (Hex) 61,472 (Decimal). Now, repeat step #2 in this location. Replace each character with a capital F.
4. Save your edited AvatarData file and use your Con Resigner/Rehasher to Resign and Rehash the file.
5. Add it back to your Hard Drive / Memory Card.
6. Plug your Hard Drive / Memory Card back into your Xbox 360 console.
7. Unplug the Internet connection to your Xbox 360 console, whether it’s a Ethernet or USB Cable.
8. Sign into your Gamertag and EDIT / CREATE and then SAVE your Avatar.
9. Plug your Internet connection back into your Xbox 360 console and sign into Xbox Live.
10. Your newly Customized Avatar will remain, but the unlocked items will be removed from the EDIT menus. This is why you had to EDIT / CREATE your Avatar while signed out of Xbox Live.

Finish moving through the trenches and the few outposts, with the help of the new T51-b units. Arrive at the pulse-field, where we need to break in and shut it down. The metal/electronic units can then go in and do their dirty work.
