1.3 units of 5 chars. 5 chars give a lot of hp to each unit and you wont die from aoe
2.each unit should have at least 1 character with vivication herb skill and 2 healers. Dont use heal only units, mixed setup is better and more flexible
3.stance doesnt matter. I like melee stance 3 for its speed bonus for 4 lead ranks
4.kill the hypnos adds
5.let Cyclops tank the boss
6.zerg the boss and use mainly keep your hp up command (attack + heal youself). Dont fear its aoe attacks. With 2000+ hp per each unit and keep your hp up you wont die often on low BR
7.if you died somehow and pandermonius used, counter it by heal them even if it kills them command
8.when you can, use strike from the sides command and make flank attacks to raise morale, but its not important
