How to connect Mac Performa 450 to a PC? I need to resurrect my old Mac Floppies.?

Can I obtain an adaptor or suitable cable to connect these old models? I have old PC Display units but NO display for the Macintosh. The only use I have for the old equipment is to read my old files from the Mac into the PC.
The connections are entirely different. How can I link them?
You should be able to connect a tv to the old performa. It should have a standard rca type plug on the back. Then open your floppies and save the info on new floppies formatted for PCs.

If all you're trying to do, is transfer your old Mac files to a PC, external USB floppy drives are pretty cheap. $20 in some places. Get one for your PC.
